Version 1.1.5, MSFS SimUpdate 3 TCAS produces a TARA after recognizing a conflicting aircarft (though I remember it also happened once without any potential conflict). Traffic from VATSIM via swift client (version 0.15). After resolution of the conflict in the PFD on the altitude band the red / green band persists. Switching off an on of TCAS didn't remove it.
