  1. Surely but it's a shame
  2. And of course I'm not crazy to say bugs that don't exist because before the SU3 there was no problem there, I specify!
  3. If you're on pc you won't have the same bug as on xbox because even if it's the same updates it's not the same platform
  4. Sorry for the pc Tag but I also have a friend with the same issue btw
  5. Hello Support, I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing this message with great sadness and growing frustration, because every time I see the same issues coming back, it truly angers me. I see that you’re developing many new aircraft, adding new liveries and variants to the ones already in progress — but do you realize that your A350 is still completely bugged? It doesn’t respond properly to inputs on the touchscreen when trying to enter flight data. Its performance is extremely heavy for no reason, and it’s impossible to properly prepare a flight plan without having to double-click just to validate a simple option. For example, if I want to open the FMS1 page, I have to click twice before it reacts. That’s unacceptable. It’s an absolute shame that such an expensive aircraft has been left in this state, and yet it’s clearly not a priority in your updates. I honestly don’t understand why there hasn’t been a single update yet. I cannot recommend anyone to buy this aircraft at this point — and that’s coming from someone who truly loves the real A350. In real life, it’s a magnificent, incredible plane, always a pleasure to fly. But in this version, it’s just completely broken. Please, if you have an update planned, make this one your top priority — because this situation is unacceptable. It’s simply not possible that we’re flying a completely bugged aircraft that costs as much as a brand-new controller you’d buy in a store. It’s really sad — deeply sad — that in 2025, developers can create amazing airplanes but then leave them unfinished, thinking everything works fine just because it might run better on PC. But no, it’s not fine — especially on Xbox, where this aircraft is a mess. The A350 could have been perfect. It’s such a cool aircraft. But the same problems keep happening again and again, and they only seem to be fixed when you decide to fix them — maybe in 2030, who knows? So I’ll say it clearly: I strongly advise Xbox players not to buy this aircraft right now. Don’t buy it. It’s fully bugged. I’ve already reported the touchscreen issue once — you said it might be fixed, but it’s not. And another major problem is that with the current texture issues affecting the game (which both Xbox and PC players are facing), the A350 becomes even worse: the plane freezes midair, the engines randomly shut down and restart on their own — it’s chaos. Honestly, this is a disaster. I’m seriously worried about the upcoming update 4 — really worried. Here a link of the video https://youtube.com/shorts/b7fowC9_4Hc?si=OFa2NyBtnQOqqaZ5
  6. Hello team I wanted to know when the update of the A321neo will be released because it is still full of bugs example ( the thrust reverses that remain stuck ' the logic of the modified thrust ' the autopilot that disconnects by itself in short a packet to solve thanks for your work!
  7. Actually, I find this very strange because before the update it worked perfectly. Now, as I mentioned, when I click once it doesn’t work — I have to click 2, 3, or even 4 times for it to respond, as if the touchscreen wasn’t reacting. The pack in question is the Airbus A350 with the British Airways liveries inside, and it’s the only pack I’ve used so far. I also tested the other packs with the A350-900 variant and it’s the same issue. I think this bug is rather global across all the A350s.
  8. I also want to point out that when I try to load the weight using SimBrief, it tells me that I selected the wrong aircraft, even though it’s actually the correct one. The fuel I set is also correct, but when I try to load it, it doesn’t work either. I also notice some small performance bugs. I don’t know why, but I can promise you—guarantee it one million percent—that it worked perfectly fine with the previous update. But with this new update, I’m sorry to say, it’s a complete disaster on my side
  9. Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I’m doing very well on my side. So, I recently tested the A350-1000 with the new update. I wanted to see what improvements it brought and what was made better, and I realize that the aircraft has actually gotten worse than in the previous update. It doesn’t respond properly to the inputs I make. For example, when I click to select departures or arrivals, it takes forever to load. When I switch the camera, I press once to go outside, but it brings me back inside, and I have to press again for it to finally go outside. The throttle has a big issue: I can’t hold it down like before to set TOGA, and to reduce power I also have to press multiple times instead of holding it. Now I’m forced to do tiny micro-presses, which is really annoying. I tried to do a flight with it, but it’s impossible to taxi correctly, the aircraft doesn’t respond to my inputs anymore. I don’t know what you did to the Airbus A350, but I’m on Xbox Series X and honestly, it’s a nightmare using the plane right now. Before the update, it worked perfectly fine, really really well. I don’t know what was changed, but please, please fix this aircraft because right now it’s impossible to even complete a flight. There are issues everywhere. I tried flying it but even the cockpit screens don’t turn on properly—what’s going on? What kind of update was this? When I try to steer with the joystick and rudder pedals, the plane kind of turns but at the same time it blocks—it doesn’t really turn smoothly like it used to. In short, an urgent fix is necessary because right now the aircraft is unplayable
