Related to this, is the "Load with GSX" button useful at all? Does it work reliably, and what's the expected behavior?

Hi, I'm trying to understand the right flow to load the aircraft. In the Loadsheet OIS page, I simply click "LOAD WITH GSX", which populates ZFW and FUEL LOAD and starts the refueling, which completes correctly, but I would expect it to automatically start also the boarding, but nothing happens after refueling finishes. In the GROUND page I then click on "Request boarding", which causes something crazy: the animated passengers LEAVE the aircraft and the cargo is unloaded! All pax numbers in the LOADSHEET page are zero all the time. What's happening? It must be a bug.
