Hello, the easiest way to reach support for a specific case would be using the direct support on their website. I think chances of getting a reply from the team is way higher there! 🙂

[Direct Support Tickets are being ignored]

I have the same issue. The second i even mention refunding of a product that does not work as intended, i get no reply. Interesting if a big company resorts to ignoring support tickets that they dont want to answer. I am not aware of any other support systems except for these forums, and the direct support.

[IniBuilds not replying in Direct Support]

I have contacted iniBuilds multiple times regarding a refund for the a350, as it does not work as intended, and i can't complete most flights without WASM-crashes and other issues that end me up circling, or worse, in the ocean somewhere. They happily reply when i in the same ticket explain the issues i have, but when refunding is mentioned, they go quiet. I know they dont usually offer refunds, but for an aircraft at 80$, they may at least answer support messages regarding it. I completely wasted my savings. Has anyone also had this issue?
