This is the brakes section from the system.cfg - the line you need is in bold red. Set to zero, the only way to get differential braking is with a set of rudder pedals with separate axes for each brake. But set to 1, if you twist the rudder one way or the other before hitting the brakes, you only get braking on that side. I think the sim will accept a decimal value between 0 and 1, but that probably wouldn't be realistic.
[BRAKES]
parking_brake =1
auto_brakes =0
toe_brakes_scale = 0.9 ;1
differential_braking_scale =1
hydraulic_system_scalar =1
autobrakes_disabled_on_stop=0
rto_disabled_on_stop=0I've made this edit on over a dozen of my planes - both addon and stock.

Second update - I found the button on the yoke that hides the tablet.

I managed to get an almost successful flight in today. Now that I know that know how to actually get the AP to engage, I was able to do a test flight from Honolulu to Kona. The only thing that that didn't work as intended was the glideslope intercept. It just flew right through that, maintaining altitude. Thankfully she's a sweet hand flier and the winds weren't bad. My only other concern is reverse thrust - it's practically non-existant. However... I have a fix for that - at least in MSFS (2020). And yeah, I know... "Warranty void if case is opened." But if you open the engines.cfg file and go to line 8, then change the minimum throttle from -0.15 to -0.25, you'll have both reverse sound and reverse function.

Update - I've been pointed to the way to change the CDI in the PMS gauge.

Here are some issues I've run into after my first flight:
I can't find way to hide the tablet without hiding the pilot's yoke.
Spray and observation controls are present on every panel version I've seen so far - including passenger and cargo.
When you hit the starters, the RPM rushes to 51% and then holds there rather abruptly before you ever introduce fuel. After fuel is flowing, there’s no change. Judging by every other PT6 in this sim, I’m pretty sure that’s not realistic.
If I run the PMS GTN650, the system starts out with the CDI running on Nav1 and there’s no way I can find to change that.If I change to the Asobo gauge (the tablet still says it’s a GTN650???), I now have a CDI button, but the gauge never changes from saying it’s on GPS, even though clicking it does have an effect on the gauges.Lights… The Anti-Collision and Recognition Light switches do nothing that I can see. There’s no switch marked Strobe, but pressing whatever key you have bound to that function activates the wingtip strobes.
Oh, and I posted this here since there's no topic for this plane in the 2020 section.

The flight_model.cfg files have the max steering angle set at 45°, which is reasonable given the ground handling engine in MSFS (2020). The dev's were nice enough to remember to enable diff. braking for those of us with twist rudders, so turning on one main wheel is still possible. If you examine the contact points and do the trig, a steering angle of 59° would give you that single wheel pivot without diff braking - but it might be twitchy at higher speeds.

I'm very excited at the prospect of the Caravan II, but I'm a little confused. I only fly the 2020 version of the sim, and the email I just received states that the plane will be for both 2020 and 2024. But your announcement post only states 2024. Will this actually be for both sims?
seat belt switch

There are no lights for that in the cabin, so there's no need for the switch. Besides, it's small enough that you can turn around and yell "YO - GET BUCKED UP!" But you might want to warn them early, since every seat is equipped with a 5-point aerobatic harness that will take the average passenger extra time to get figured out...
