A350 double engine failure 2 hours into flight.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?... I've done 3 (full) flights with the A350-900... All of them over 5 hours. But every time it reaches the 2-hour mark, both engines shut down and the RAT comes out. I don't know why but it's incredibly annoying. If someone knows how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated. -

its nearley inpossible for me to taxi on the ground because the plane doesnt turn! If you could fix that it would be great
