Hello Perhaps I am missing an obvious option but I only see copilot internally/cockpit and externally but would like to see the pilot as well. Not sure what would be the option

Hello folks I have 2 issues that I hope someone really was able to fix or workaround #issue1 - I set auto compression to off - I manually try to bring it to 4x or 8x it immediately reset to 2x and stays there - Is there an option to go to 8x and leave it there? I am able to do it with many other aircraft Why I do not like the AUTO in some areas even 4x would cause a stall due to wind, altitude so I want to manually go to 8x or 4x when I want between waypoints #issue2 - If I go down from 2x it goes to 0.5x not 1x not sure if I am missing something to make it back to normal 1x I have normal buttons assigned on keyboard I am running latest a350 and a350-1000 to be specific
