Okay I have figured this out. I had 2 A300 folders in the community folder. An A300 folder and a A300-600 folder. This is strange, I never owned the previous (compatible version). I had to delete BOTH of these folders in community, and am now seeing the changes.

I have done this 3 times. Uninstall via inimanager. Ensuring community files are gone, deleting wasm and cache. Then install via inimanager. What else can I try?

I've done several clean reinstalls (deleting WASM and cache) and I can't find the new features in 1.0.7. Namely, the option to remove engine covers by default. Also time acceleration and pause at TOD. Can't find it anywhere in the EFB (not on the gear icon, or any of the apps). It's like the new update isn't installing. Using inimanger. Tested in PW GE Pax and Cargo variants.

As you can see, there is a strange glitch where the dome light isn't visible in the cockpit unless you're looking at certain angles. This only happens at Inibuilds EGLL terminal 3 gates. I moved to T5 and they worked. Don't know if this belongs in the A350 or EGLL forum topic. MSFS 2024 SU4 A350 1.1.9. Ryzen 9800X3D Radeon 9070XT.

I definitely saw it too in the patch notes.. It has been one of my only gripes about the aircraft, so I was excited to see it fixed. Then I couldn't find it in the settings anywhere. Engine covers are rarely used in real life; why are they set on by default.
