This must be user error: I've done an ILS approach, ILS has captured the glide slope, and suddenly the aircraft goes into an automated TOGA mode. AFAIK I've configured the aircraft right, I'm at the right airspeed -- what am I missing?

HI -- after the update, the airspeed indicator doesn't work, and as a result (I think as a result), I can't engage the autopilot. Engines spool up, plane moves and takes off -- but airspeed is dead.
