  1. There are a few other factors apart from the thrust % that might affect the fan's speed, and therefore perceived pitch: Engine variant - the Trent XWB comes in the XWB-75, XWB-84 and XWB-97 variants, and the thrust % is relative to the maximum thrust for that variant. Engine wear - older engines might have to spin faster to produce a given thrust %. Packs ON/OFF - packs ON introduce engine inefficiency, so a higher rotational speed is needed for a given thrust %. Not sure if these factors are enough to account for the pitch change that you hear. In any case, you can try to compare N1 vs pitch, since N1 is directly proportional to the pitch, and is a better test of simulation accuracy.
  2. A350 is a fantastic product overall, as once a few bugs are fixed, it will be even better. Here are some issues with the Vertical Display (VD) on the ND: The vertical profile on the VD is not always synchronised with the ND and FMS. Sometimes the waypoints are off by one. Sometime, the vertical profile on the VD is incorrect, and even draws airports below the airport ground level. VD should show the current heading cross-section (instead of the flight plan cross-section) when the plane deviates from the flight path. When a hold is created at a waypoint, the VD does not unwrap the vertical profile at that waypoint, but superimposes it. The grey areas in the VD flight-plan cross section often appear in the wrong places, especially during a turn of flight-plan deviation. If all the data was sourced from the FMS, most of these bugs should not be appearing. Anyway, looking forward to the fixes!
