  1. On a bright note first, the slats sound really good now. Now for the criticism: 1) The new v1.1.9 engine spool-up sounds completely off. I am not referring to the growl. I am referring to the other whistle sound. It sounds too high at a lower n1 value. You can compare the current sounds to this video. 2) The growl could be a little more pronounced on the ground and in general. Example at 5:28 3) Leading up to the final 'thud' on rotation, you can hear multiple 'thuds' happening before that get louder and louder. Example at 5:59-6:02. 4) The final 'thud' upon rotation could be quite a bit louder. Example at 6:01. 5) When the gear is being retracted, in the final moments, some 'vibration' noises would sound good. Example at 6:18-6:22. 6) The whole gear-up sound in general could be reworked, too. 7) Gear down could use a little refining, too. Example at 35:34. This is the example video to demonstrate what I mean. Now, for flaps, on the ground, they are pretty decent. However, in the air, they could use a little strain-like sound like it's working to move. Here's an example at 4:28. I am open to other questions.
  2. So you guys have some pretty big competition heading in with the A380. Please actually go really in-depth with this aircraft with systems, modeling, and ESPECIALLY sounds. Boris already had good sounds for the FBW A380X, but there are many spots he left unturned. If you ask Echo19 to work on the A380 sounds, I think you guys can top Boris there. Please, cook on this aircraft.
  3. Hello. This is a minor inaccuracy with the A350 regarding the engine sounds. At 25% thrust, the sound is inaccurate. I am a person with perfect pitch (I can identify musical notes just by hearing the sound) so I can identify the inaccuracy. At 25% the sound should be of roughly a C natural. The current model has the sound of an lower E natural. I have compared this with cockpit takeoff videos from real world takeoffs. If you don't believe me, compare the current takeoff sounds to a cockpit sound recordings below and see if it sounds different at 25%. If need be try to find someone else with perfect pitch so they can compare the sounds to cockpit recordings. This is just a suggestion to make the aircraft better. It is not the most off, but I think it is off enough that it should be mentioned. Simulator: Real:
