Hey Karl, I contacted the official inibuilds support. They answered and sent a download link to a newer (and better working) version of the Inibuilds Manager. It worked pretty well. May be you give it a try as well?

Hello, apart from the fact that I still have an open support ticket from April 2024(!). I wanted to give the A306 on XPlane 12 on OS Sonoma a chance today. But: the Inibuilds Manager doesn't even start. (Although I have completely deleted the old version, downloaded and installed the latest version:) Nothing. After entering the mail address and the correct password, the progress bar does not move a millimetre. What is actually going on with you? Do you not like your customers?
