After Refuel with GSX, the Fuelgaugedoor is not closing.No possibility to close it

I stand at an airport with the A350-900 and start all systems. Import the flight plan from Simbrief. I prepare the FMS and then after indefinable actions the FMS part and the thrust lever freeze. This also happens when rolling onto the runway, sometimes at the gate.
