Dear IniBuilds Team, First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the team's dedication in developing the A350 (Advanced Passenger Airliner). The visual quality and details are so amazing that I thought it was an official advertisement from an airline. However, with a heavy heart, I would like to share my experience when using this product at MSFS 2020. My laptop with Intel i5-11400H, 16GB RAM, and RTX 3050 4GB specifications is actually capable of running PMDG 777-300ER with good performance and fun. Unfortunately, when operating IniBuilds A350, I encountered some technical issues that were quite disruptive to the simulation experience. The airplane often freezes suddenly, the frame rate drops drastically to only 15 fps, and the computer temperature rises to 80-90 degrees Celsius. As a customer who has placed trust and investment in your product, I hope to enjoy a simulation experience that lives up to expectations and promotions. I sincerely hope for an update in the near future to optimize the performance of this aircraft, so that my investment can provide the satisfaction it deserves.
