The ILS glideslopes are not correctly aligned. Target is to cross the runway threshold at 50 ft RA, as visible in the screenshot the actual glideslope is much higher. I checked all ILS approaches in eastern direction, and they are all wrong. Therefore, the others should be checked as well. IMHO, the correctness of such things is much more important than eye candy inside the airport...

Since the update of the A350 and MSFS2024 I permanently see the OIS in front of me (it follows the head movements). Any idea how to get rid of it?

What is important to set the default VR point is a camera called "PilotVR". The good news is that ini hasn't set it in their configuration and that makes it easy to define it without the need to manipulate original files. You find attached or in code a file that solves your issue. Same here, the plane is completely unusable but it's even worse for me. Starting on the runway and its already frozen right away.
