Just purchased today, loaded up the aircraft, went to settings in the EFB and scanned the QR code for Navigraph and now everything is frozen. I went to re-start so I could figure out the problem and I hit shift+C bar to get into cockpit and am frozen again. I just spent $70.00 of my hard earned money and this thing doesn't even work. Upset is hardly the word I would use for how I feel right now. No answers in any forums. Going to ask for refund.
