It's a feature that you can switch through thrust modes with one press on gamepad. Its very hard to set idle, toga or clb mode with gamepad when you are landing or going around.

Dear iniBuilds team, please consider adding “Incremental Thrust” option for A350 as Fenix implemented on their A320. It’s a very basic and useful feature for gamepad users. Appreciate your effort 🙂
