Hello, I've already created 4 tickets regarding the same topic. 2 of them were completely ignored and 2 of them were answered, but as i replied back, after some time support replied, but again ignored me. Is there anything wrong with the support system, or is support just completely ignoring me for no reason? Did anyone have similar experience with the ticket system? And are there any other support systems?
