[ATC COM page not available in v1.0.8]

I think this is broken again in v1.0.10 😞 

[FIX Ailerons and Controls Behavior]

According to Airbus documentation, the maximum roll rate in Normal law should be 15 deg/sec at full deflection. Which means it should take 2 seconds to roll 30 degress, but upon testing this in the sim, it takes 4 seconds (double what it should be).

I think this needs to be investigated by the team 🙂  @Eddie
