KPSP Runway 31L not available for takeoff & Landings in 2024 no matter wind condition. Using BeyondATC Available in 2020

I have Inbuilds KPSP for both 2020 & 2024, when using Beyond ATC I can take off and land on 31L in 2020, But not in 2024. When I request or setup a flight plan in Simbrief it selects 31L but Beyond ATC changes it and/or say not available for landings and departures, no matter the wind conditions This is my home airport and on days when real aircraft is landing on 31L it is NEVER available in 2024. Will there be a update?
