Atelic LPMA rwy 05 lights fail to load.

On several occasions now ive had the sequenced approach lights at the new Atelic LPMA fail to load. I frequently do LPMA/LPMA as a test flight and on three occasions i have been able to see the lights prior to departure but they have failed to load on arrival. Likewise i am yet to see them in daytime at any stage. Any ideas?
