I've done that already and still nothing

Yeah unfortunately I've already reached out to them twice and I've gotten no response from them

I have BMWorld Seattle and all my jetways are missing expect the S gates. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, running as Admin, I've turned off FSDT jetways. I can't get my jetways to spawn on any of the other gates and I will not longer fly into Seattle because of it. If anyone else has this problem and was able to fix it please let me know. Below I'll add the pictures of the gates. Also I've tried downloading from different places i.e. Orbx Central and Inibuilds.
