Yeah......It was only when I downloaded some liveries from the forum did I realize that the connection is stable and fast......=(

I logged into the account I created, not the account that purchased the aircraft. I'll contact the original purchaser.

As I'm in china and having concern about the network connection stability, I downloaded the latest aircraft pack through a local forum,  and activated using the serial number.

Got an English friend of mine to help me purchase a A300 and a Beluga ST, and I've successfully installed and activated them. But how can I have them shown in my account as well as "My products" in iniManger? I installed the iniManager after activation. Tks!
