Unsinstalling A350 not possible MSFS 2020 and 2024

Hello and thank you all I removed eyerything of the iniManager with an uninstaller software. Then the installation worked again. -
iniManager does not recognize that I uninstalled MSFS 2020. It still shows the aircraft as installed in MSFS 2020. And the uninstall button of the iniManager does not work. Neither in MSFS 2020 nor MSFS 2024. Both, iniManager and the A350 are newly installed. I even uninstalled the iniManager and reinstalled it. It still shows an MSFS 2020 installation that does not exist. What am I doing wrong?
