[Can't install iniManager from the website, broken link?]

No the link just doesn't work. When I click "Download for Windows" button on this link( https://www.inibuilds.com/inimanager ) it directs me to this link( https://cdn.inibuilds.com/website/manager/iniManager-1.0.6 Setup.exe ). download never starts and I get a message "This site can't be reached"
