Okay, fixed: logging out of the ini application and logging back in fixed the issue.

I also have this problem, Windows 10 however. The message appears as soon as I click the buy button; his description is exactly the same for me.

YES!! Just purchased the KEGE scenery by Xometry and very sad to see gates used up by static aircraft.. specifically Gate 3 where my American flight was headed..but alas my plane was already there lol. Like the OP states, many of us fly on vatsim and/or use AI traffic that is always getting better. Thank you
