A300 Problem

Good afternoon, I had a problem with the A300. Half the functions, the switches, the flip-down handles on the seat just don't work. There is a clicking sound but nothing happens. The Ground Opt functions do not work in the tablet either. Tried to reinstall the plane, but nothing. Please help.

Please load into the sim with the aircraft, confirm these issues persist, close your sim and send me through your log.txt file.

Hello, yes the problem continues.

 

I checked on Beluga, there are no such problems.

Please completely delete your aircraft folder and then attempt to re-download through iniManager. After activation, restart the simulator and load in again - let me know if the issue persists and provide me with a new log if so.

I encountered this problem with the A310 less than a day ago and following these instructions fixed the problem. Thanks.
