The 2L cabin door could not be opened

In Microsoft's flight simulation 2020, the 2L cabin door could not be opened when the A350-900 chose GSX on the apron for boarding.

Greetings, I am using 1.1.10 and I can confirm the same thing.

 

I would not open for anything - no matter how many times I press it on the ground page.

 

Is this a known issue that you can replicate and provide a solution for us please?
