Overlapping planes in the airport parking lot.

At Sheremetyevo airport UUEE, at gate F56 there is a phantom plane, at gate 26 there are two planes. Yesterday I was at the Helsinki EFHK airport, so there are almost every gate with a plane on the plane. There is such a problem in other European airports. The forum recommends adding the BAK extension to files and airports. But I don't have such files in my steam -
My question is how to make sure that planes do not overlap at airport parking lots. AI is disabled, and some planes are not active and even there are no cockpit windows. What are the options to solve this problem. It looks like that when loading at the airport, there are two planes in the same parking lot at the gate.
