I know a lot of the guys over on the FSlabs web sight seem to be kinda anal about making a Delta a321 paint. Primarily because in real life Delta has their airbus 321's with Sharklet's on them, and they have yet to release the versions with shark lets. I know what you're going to say "there's a paint on the websight" we'll im not sure why, but the installer that comes with that paint when you download it. It doesn't not recognize that I have P3DV4 or V5 installed. So I can't install the paint.
