Hi there, Just purchased the A310. I have the Thrustmaster Throttle and have mapped the throttle levers and taken out the detents as instructed. However I cannot map the engine start switches or the MODE switch IGN/START/NORM/CRANK. Set at the moment to ENG START 1 and 2 as like Toliss but nothing. Sidestick working fine with flaps etc. I am testing this in cold and dark state. Thank you Steve
