	Your planned SimBrief flightplan may be imported directly into the MCDU via the ACARS page.
</p>

<p>
	To access the ACARS page, click on MENU button, then select ACARS by clicking the 1R LSK.
</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://cdn-forum.inibuilds.com/monthly_2024_11/image.png.31a055887054dabf53d7f59ad7268991.png" rel="external nofollow"><img class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="16384" data-ratio="159.67" style="width:300px;height:auto;" width="470" alt="image.thumb.png.03f749783bd468afa4400eeb76325adb.png" data-src="//cdn-forum.inibuilds.com/monthly_2024_11/image.thumb.png.03f749783bd468afa4400eeb76325adb.png" src="https://forum.inibuilds.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	On the ACARS page, firstly enter your SimBrief Pilot ID by typing it on the scratchpad, then click 1L LSK to input into the USERNAME field.<br />
	Your Pilot ID is found on the 'Account Settings' page on Simbrief website.<br /><br /><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://cdn-forum.inibuilds.com/monthly_2024_11/image.png.2d0ce6014c6976a93d859069828064c3.png" rel="external nofollow"><img class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="16385" data-ratio="161.00" style="width:300px;height:auto;" width="466" alt="image.thumb.png.72cf1112dc80aecc2cb2a39f4c1c273e.png" data-src="//cdn-forum.inibuilds.com/monthly_2024_11/image.thumb.png.72cf1112dc80aecc2cb2a39f4c1c273e.png" src="https://forum.inibuilds.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	Lastly, click on 1R LSK to REQUEST SIMBRIEF flightplan import*. Upon successful import you will receive a COMPANY ROUTE UPLINK DONE message on the scratchpad. Then you may return to the INIT page to fill in the remaining info.<br /><br /><strong>* <em>Note:</em></strong><em> This only imports the FLT PLAN, CRZ FL and CRZ WIND data. All other info needs to be filled in manually.</em>

	This is normally done using the tiller located on the side console. The tiller can be controlled via the 'NOSE WHEEL STEERING AXIS' binding.
</p>

<p>
	For simulation purposes, this can also be linked to the rudder pedals for easier use. To do this, go to the aircraft EFB 'Options' tab,  then select 'ON' for the 'NOSEWHEEL STEERING' option.

	As per the real aircraft, PROF does not respect alt constraints in the climb. It does, however, on the descent. However this is very rudimentary in this aircraft and is not always accurate – as per the real aircraft. You must be on top of the plane, and be sure to intervene as and when needed.
